About Us

Two facts define this site. First, with more than 500 standard bottles it is one of the largest ranges of promotional drink bottles offered in one place in Australia. Second, every single bottle on it is BPA free, no exceptions and no need to check the fine print. DrinkBottles is part of the PromotionsOnly group, based in Lane Cove, Sydney, and since 2003 we have supplied over 4 million bottles across more than 13,000 jobs.

The range

Plastic drink bottles are the volume favourite, the kind Triathlon Australia hands out in the thousands. Metal drink bottles are the other best seller, including the powder coated bottles we have produced for Woolworths, and vacuum sealed styles like those supplied to Agriculture Victoria for staff who work outdoors all day. Cricket Australia came to us for Tritan bottles, and the range rounds out with eco friendly bottles in glass, bamboo and recycled materials, plus branded bottled water with your label on it.

Branding and presentation

Screen printing covers logos, full colour digital printing handles detailed artwork, and laser engraving gives metal bottles a permanent finish that will not wear off in a gym bag. Where this site goes further than most is presentation: we offer fully customised gift boxes for any bottle style, which turns a drink bottle into a corporate gift that does not need wrapping.

How we work

Local production runs a standard two weeks. For large orders we supply direct from the factory offshore, which is how the big sporting and retail runs get their pricing. Samples are available through our samples policy if you want the bottle in hand before you commit, and promotional resellers can access trade discounts via the reseller application.

Our story

PromotionsOnly started life in a home office in 2003, moved through North Ryde, and has operated from Lane Cove since 2005. The founding habit was transparency: prices online from the day the business launched, when the industry norm was quote by phone. Today a Sydney team works with the group's own China office, with sourcing capability across more than 2 million promotional products, which is how one bottle site can hold 500 styles and still say yes when someone needs a 501st.

Supporting good causes

For over 15 years the business has donated monthly to WWF, Sea Shepherd, Médecins Sans Frontières, World Vision, sponsoring two children along the way, and Monika's Doggie Rescue in Sydney, and has supplied the Humpty Dumpty Foundation with product at cost or donated for more than a decade. Registered charities get a discount off the prices on this site.
